Email & SMS Marketing Campaigns

As part of my role, I managed a list of over 60,000 email recipients, improving segmentation to better target specific customer groups. This strategy led to a 35% open rate and nearly 25% increase in revenue per email year-over-year. I spearheaded email campaigns that were aligned with our overall marketing strategy, consistently driving higher engagement and contributing to revenue growth.

EMAIL MARKETING

SMS MARKETING

When I joined Walrus Oil, SMS marketing was used sparingly and lacked strategy and consistency. I implemented customer segmentation for more targeted messaging, launched automated flows for new customers, abandoned carts, and restock alerts, and optimized our website pop-up to capture phone numbers. I also ensured brand consistency and adherence to industry best practices across all SMS communications. As a result, we saw a 70% year-over-year increase in SMS-driven revenue and added over 3.8K new subscribers within a 6 month period.
